“Efficient service , easy to drop car off -ready when it said it was -work seems well done and neatly done -only problem I had was coolant was drained off and then not replaced so had to do that urgently the next day but apart from that would definitely recommend”

“Happy in general with the service received . However one area of dissatisfaction was the oily hand marks on the door handles and armrests of both front doors on a pale cream leather interior.”

“Have always been delighted with you over a number of years. But following my return home having had 4 new tyres fitted I could not believe the very poor dirty state of the tyres. If I had noticed them before leaving I would have complained. I did however take photographs if you are interested.”

All of the tyres we fit are brand new so I'm not sure how they could be dirty unless the road conditions on your drive home were.
