“An MOT test on my car was booked easily and clear instructions given on when to arrive. I waited in the waiting area. All interactions with JD staff were pleasant.”

When the vehicle is in with us we use your instument cluster to re-set your service light but this shouldn't affect any of your previously stored settings. “Went in for a puncture repair at short notice, but the tyre was unable to be repaired. They had a tyre in stock and was replaced. Competitive price to.”

“Very good service. Only reason not 5 stars is that one of the issues hasn’t been resolved. This is linked to the emergency call system not working.”

“The staff were great and did'nt charge for the diagnostics as it came back with NO FAULT. They even printed off the full diagnostic information. However the problem with my jerky gears does remain but will have to wait till on-board computer lists it.. Will definitely use them again as better and more trustworthy than Mercedes LSH goup ..”

“Hello. I’ve recently had MoT completed and few weeks later a service completed, car reg SP14 LHZ. Only comment I would make is if the service staff could wipe and clean any parts they touch within the car; examples handbrake, steering wheel, door handles, gear stick etc etc, because they are left with slight grease marks etc, which I have to wipe down after getting home. Otherwise all is great The on-site staff are brilliant and attentive.”

“The two young men on reception were great with both my wife and I. It would have been a 5 Star except for the very poor telephone call I had with a young lady when booking our car in for service. I have explained to the guys what I thought about her yesterday.Just hoped she was having a bad day as would not have wanted her fronting any business of mine!!!”

“We have used John Delany for a number of years. However, when I booked my car service I asked for the service to be recorded on the Jaguar data-base. Just reading the receipt I can see no mention of the Jaguar data-base. Please confirm this has been done? Thanks, Psul Banks”

Hi Mr Banks, Thanks for your great feedback. All services are recorded on the online digital service records should the vehicle support this. We do this as standard so it may not have been mentioned on your invoice. We have just double checked it and your last service is recorded on the Jaguar database. If you would like a printout copy of this we could always email one over to you or pop one in the post.
