“My car had a full manufacturer’s service. The paperwork informed me about the tread left on the tyres, but no one flagged cracked tyres at the rear. Those were an urgent job. I also didn’t get a call back to tell me my car was ready for pick up. It’s a shame because the first MOT and service last year was an excellent experience.”

Hi Ms Sullivan, Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We have spoken to the technician who worked on your vehicle who said that although the tyres were worn, as reported on the invoice, he didnt see any signs of cracking or perishing. Taking into consideration your mileage within the last year we would expect wear but cracking usually occurs when the vehicle has been stood for a long period of time so would be rare in this case. We would have been more than happy to take a look at this if you had any concerns. We can only apologise that you were not contacted to say your vehicle was ready for collection- when you rang us at 4.37pm the vehicle has just been washed following its service. You would have recieved a phone call very shortly afterwards to say it was ready for collection. Once again, I apologise if you feel we fell short of your expectations on this visit. “Excellent garage can’t recommend them enough, I’m not even from Stockport, but travel from Trafford just to use them, they recently did my mot and after failing on something, they made sure they fitted me in conveniently to myself Fab garage wouldn’t go anywhere else now My daughters there too”

“This was a major service with MOT booked beforw christmas 2022 to dovetail with MOT dates. Car was dropped off at 9am and was ready around 2pm I collected around 3pm . No drama no fuss exactly what you would want . There is no way to exceed expectation , you can only deliver on your mission statement , or not. John Deleny Motors on the times i have used ghem.have delivered.”
