“So where to get your car serviced/fixed. Always difficult to know. I would say this.... My cars have been serviced at John Delany for just about 10 years, starting with an auto gas conversion in 2008/9 approximately. They tell you what the costs are going to be (which are a lot lower than the main dealers) and what is needed, the staff are friendly, helpful and you don't get lost in technobabble. At the end of the day in the something above 150,000 miles I have covered in the mean time I have not had a breakdown or been stranded on the side of the road, hence I carry on getting my car serviced at John Delany, why wouldn't you?”

“I have used John Delaney Motors for the last 20 years or so and have always been very satisfied. Recently, my Jaguar 3 litre V6 Diesel XF displayed the Restricted Performance warning light. “Had some new tyres and wheel balancing done today. Appt was easy to book two days ago over the phone, quote was competitive and guy booking the apt very helpful. Service today was excellent. Stayed in the waiting room to do some admin while the work on the car was was done, free WiFi and good free coffee. Antony, on the front desk was very helpful and knowledgable, important as the wheel alignment was a challenge - provided good advice and recommendations, and clearly worked hard on the problem at no extra charge. Was also impressed with what I observed with another customer who needed access to the bonnet of his car (lost key); they made time for him to pop-in at very short notice, used their mechanics experience to resolve the problem and showed him the solution! Suspect that was little/no charge. If I was that customer in that situation I would be very impresses again with that service! Definitely worth the high rating already had, another 5 stars from me.”
