“I am an Audi driver. I have a servicing plan on my car which means that I use the Audi main dealership across the road for services, whilst using John Delany for other things. At John Delany they are quick, efficient and polite on the phone, and checking your car in generally takes a matter of seconds. They tell you what they are going to do and how much it will cost, and then they do it well at a reasonable price. Across the road you wait for ages in the (admittedly very plush) waiting area, feel that you are the thousandth customer that day, and the quality of the work is not as good. You will probably find cheaper than John Delany, but not better value.”

“Been using this company for over 10 years. Recommended to many colleagues and friends who are equally delighted with the service which is always honest and helpful and fairly priced. Use manufacturer recommended parts too so warranty is unaffected!”

“I would highly recommend John Delaney motors to anybody wishing to receive excelllent customer service at competitive prices! I was dealt with by Matthew who was extremely knowledgeable, and he went out his way to help!! I will defo be returning! Credit to the motor trade!! Thanks again!”

“I took my Audi A3 in to John Delaney for the first time for a service. They had been recommended to me and were cheaper than Inchcape Audi across the road. They are authorised by Audi so my warranty was unaffected. Very helpful and professional and good value. They even drew my attention to some recall matters I was unaware of. Overall very satisfied and would recommend them for any make of car.”

“Fast, reliable, friendly, supportive and helpful but most importantly, John Delany motors are trustworthy. They genuinely show they care more about customer satisfaction and peace of mind than they do about squeezing an extra few quid from everyone who walks through the door. I absolutely would not go anywhere else, even to save money. Mr Jacob”

“We’ve been using John Delaney for 6 or 7 years now for all our family’s cars. I really appreciate that they will discuss your options rather than pressure for the highest cost repairs - they are really upfront and professional and will go the extra mile to help you out. Can’t recommend highly enough.”

“As my mechanic of 15 years had recently retired, I was forced to go elsewhere. On recommendation from some of my colleagues, I used Delany's for the first time. It was a completely satisfactory experience. The reception was polite, professional and efficient. I was contacted by phone to discuss the options with respect to my repairs, they will not carry out any work without prior consultation. Altogether a very good experience, and now possibly my garage of choice for the next fifteen years.”
