“They send out flowers that.are.full.of black stems in other words rotting. With flower heads already fallen off and the other flowers dropping. They absolutely refuse to refund your money. They will only send a replacement bouquet. When the trust is gone you no longer want further products from them to only disappoint the recipient further.”
“supposed to deliver .date came and went,no joy,queried with customer services ,they said supplied wrong address which I did not.refused to take responsibility according ,they said to their t&cs.in the meantime they delivered to the address I gave them ,although two days late.very snooty customer services.”
