my AIO was damaged on delivery and that was following a messed up delivery by UPS.

When I checked the latest confirmation, they had switched the delivery date from the 21st to the 24th and try to sneak it by me.

On the 13th of July my computer was collected, on the 15th (so 2 days later) my computer was sent back to my address without having been sent to the Dell warehouse and the delivery guy said, "I am here for a collection" me being all confused, I managed to understand that DPD got the return delivery confused so I sent them on their way with the confirmation that they would send the package to the warehouse.

Dell even sent an email the day before delivery saying that if I did not accept the new delivery date of May 12th by May 11th that the Federal Trade Commission required them to cancel the order.

If I could give a 0 stars, I would! Ordered a very expensive monitor from Dell in February 2022. Delivery date changed twice to June 2022. Cancelled order in April 2022 - Still no refund 30 days later. I cannot reach anyone at Dell UK via phone or email. Dreadful service.
