“Ive ordered from D8resellers i think 5 times and all my orders are around $100 to $200 dallors. The prices are competitve but the process and shipping are very slow. The last 3 orders took about 1 week to get here, usually 5 to 7 days. I called on my last order and was told to place my order before Saturday ill get it faster. Well placed a order late Thursday night and its Sunday and i still have not recieved anything on order complete tracking number or shipment. Ive shoped here because the prices are competive and i thought that i would be able to save money but that has not been the case because order has been taking so long to be shipped, and then im ending up having to go to my local smokeshop and spend a arm and a leg just to get something to hold me off until the order arrives. This has been a enconvince for me and very expensive. Ive been ordering d8 online for a year in a half from dozens of the top companies and competitors and i always recieve order 3 to 4 days from placing my order and its been 3 days and all i heard was that the order was recieved. And from your website and reading the reviews it was very misleading about fast shipping and fast deleivery. All of this has been very mislealding and caused me alot of headaches and money because i was expecting my order to be shipped out by now and it hasnt so that tells me it might be another 4 days to get here. So it looks like im gonna have to head down to the smokeshop today. im not a happy camper. This has happened in my last 3 orders and i contact them and lead me to think that that they would be faster on shipping. Also onetime on a order they called me 3 days after my order to tell me that they were out of one of my selections. i told them just pick out something and please ship my order. So that one took about a week as well.”
