Delta Force Paintball are the largest independent paintballing company in the UK. Get a full day of paintball at any of our 24 national paintball sites for only £4.99 including equipment hire and entry. You can get all of your pyrotechnics and paintballs on site before the game and most centres will offer lunch if you opt for it on your booking. This is a 50% discount off of the normal price to play paintball with us. We strongly believe that this is the best deal for a full day of paintball in the UK, so if you are offered a better deal elsewhere let us know where and we will match or beat it.

“UPMINSTER NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN - TRIGGER WARNING - DO NOT BOOK MONEY OVER CHILDRENS SAFETY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Booked at CHELMSFORD in December - PARTY SAT 23 APRIL - CANCELED on the day!! Bought for 21 children, paid for 200 paintballs each to be told on the day this would only be enough for one game, NEVER told this at time of booking or on any of the calls prior to the day!! Even after asking they assured us 200 balls is enough as childrens guns fire slower. When at UPMINSTER paint balling venue the manager informed me that the balls were no where near enough, he said and I quote "there is a total of six games and each child will need a minimum of 200 per game, total 1200 needed for the course" As I had 21 children there I paid an additional £350 on the day so that the kids would have enough, i was miss-sold to, I'm lucky that I'm in a position to be able to do this as others will not be. Whilst waiting we saw a group of 17 to 20yr olds Come out with massive red blisters on there back, legs and arms, expected at this age. We had no party host to tell us what to do or where to go there were random queues so we joined 1. When recieving kit they never had enough overalls. for my party and 8 of them were being put in to adults outfits and taped up to try to reduce the the swamping on these poor kids in 20 degrees heat!! IMy partner said to a member of staff could you grab me an adult combat boiler suit and he asked if I needed a gun, I said pls but a kids 1 as I'm in with the kids, he then said all the GUNS are the same, I said no there are downgraded guns and he said NO, there are only powerful guns and same paint balls that everyone uses, I then said about the group that came out with blisters and he said yes they are going to hurt the kids, protection is only chesh and back which leaves the side, neck, legs and arms with no protection, I then realised what was going to happen to these children, there were 7 parents that stayed so i spoke to them and they were all unhappy to allow there kids to be put through TRAUMA and PAIN... I spoke to the manager who was a nice guy and separate to this organisation but worked directly for UPMINSTER and he agreed to refund all the bullets and confirmed that its not safe for children, the guns are the same and really powerful, he explained how the paint balls speed up and travel at around 190 MPH, this is not a safe activity for young children!! We left the venue and went to a local park (childrens parents had dropped off so we had to book taxi's) my daughter and her friends were disappointed that her special day was ruined by this MISS-SOLD GREEDY company that will put MONEY before CHILDRENS SAFETY! I have called since SUNDAY for a refund, to be told NO MANAGER AVAILABLE, they can NOT confirm when I will get a call, I am so upset and stressed about this situation!!! PLEASE LEARN BY OUR MISTAKE DO NOT BOOK!!! CALLED TODAY AND AGAIN NO MANAGER AVAILABLE, NO OWNERSHIP OR EVEN AN APOLOGY TO DATE???? There are 44 parents that will be writing a review similar to mine within the next day or so, I'd suggest you pick up the phone and deal with this MESSAGE TO ALL PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD HAVE THEIR BIRTHDAY RUIND LIKE OUR DAUGHTERS WERE, SO SAD AND THE FACT THIS COMPLANY CAN NOT EVEN CALL US BACK OR LISTEN TO WHAT HAPPENED, SHOUD NOT BE ALOWED.”

“Best customer service I've ever received, issue sorted with 10 seconds of calling, polite friendly staff over phone. Already knew all my booking details as soon as I called. Other companies can learn a lot of their customer service team”
