Same problem as most folks here. Very hard to get a hold of and......I bought an item, they were supposed to send an conformation email.....they never did, I waited and waited.....more than a week after 9 days I finally got ahold of them and asked for a refund....so they deduct money from my refund when they were the ones that did not perform. I did my part they did not and they charged me for it

I officially give up attempting to get my money back. After the first two incidents I had to send multiple emails about my last order with no answer finally I received an email from them apologizing and saying they issued a refund. Out of roughly the $430 I paid they said the refund $43 but I never even got that. I’m over it.

Additionally, if I wanted a refund instead of store credit I would have to pay more! I will be contacting my credit card company and having the charge reversed and I will not be doing business with them in the future if this is how they want to treat their customers.

Order placed on 1/7/2025 item never received called on 1/17/2025 to find out status, order was on hold and never picked. Ask to cancel an order and issue refund they charged me a 3% fee. This company is a joke Avoid at all cost

Horrible service. No ability to reach company via telephone, email or internal message system. Order placed 3 weeks ago with no response to all outreach attempts. Also multiple listed phone numbers do not work. Have not contacted CC company for full refund. Do NOT shop here. Highly suggest another retailer or vendor. I would give a zero if i could. 2/2024

I would ask for a refund but I don't see that happening so for now I will just continue to throw their asses under the bus and keep backing over them!!! BTW, if you look at other posts on here, they seem to mostly comment on positive reviews, no the negative ones.

Just got my refund because your website advertised one thing and then changes after you get my money. Telling me I had to have a FFL license. I got my money back minus $10. 60. I hope you choke on it. I know from other friends I talked to that you did this to everyone. I will never buy anything from your company ever again.everyone I talk to will be told of my personal experience. Enjoy ASSHOLES !!!!
