“80% of my orders have an item missing or an incorrect item. Servers are not well trained to repeat orders or address customers in a polite, professional manner. The prices used to be a bargain but that isn't even true any more.”
“I order ketchup packages with our meal and the ketchup packages were filthy sticky and smell like they were inside of trash can forever. Seems to me that they're pulling packets ketchup and sauces out of the trash cans. Because least wash them off or something. That is so disgusting. I couldn't even eat my food at stunk so bad.”
