“Denby is my favourite range and have been a customer since 2003. Recently purchased the Natural Canvas collection and the quality has dropped considerably!
Customer service have tried to resolve this but sending out two sets of replacements, each set worse than the previous!!! They have told me, this is the quality they produce and cannot produce better quality to their customer satisfaction, so rather go back and forth with exchanges they will offer a refund.
Cheaper imitations of the brand seem to be better quality than the Original Denby!
Not what you would expect from a high quality brand.
Currently returning the products I have purchased directly from them online and will no longer be a loyal, loving customer of Denby products, as clearly they don't appreciate their customers love of their products, the brand name they hold and the quality they produce.”
“Love Denby products, the dinner sets are wonderful quality, chunky, yet just elegant enough, always look new even after years of use and daily visits to the dishwasher. Never chipped and I always think how smart the table looks when filled with matching items, which you can still match and mix, I like the Halo but also the azure so I mix it up.
Also latest like is the 'Granite effect' sauce and frying pans, these are amazing and so easy to wash and so far the frying pans seem genuinely non stick...but time will tell.. however so far VERY impressed!”
