put an order for hooded jacket being oct still no email phone on answer machine i hope the college uses a different company next yr as this has been the worst i have had to deal with”
“Hi i placed an order for 23 tunics at the end of may,and i dealt with many colleagues of your company,and was given many reasons why i wasnt recieving them,i was e-mailing many times and getting no answers from anyone,and then i was told 2 of the staff had left,who have been dealing with me,and i dont know why my order wasnt picked up by some one else,any way i got in touch with the complaints department,and was dealt with by a lady called Tonia Wilson, and i would just like to say how helpfull and prompt she was,she sorted out the issues and dealt with my order so quickly and today i have recieve them,i would once again like to say a big thank you to her for all the help she gave me......
