“Two payments of my 6mth subscription were taken at the beginning of October. Even though I have provided them with photographic evidence from my bank account showing the two payments, made/sent numerous calls/emails to their customer service team, I have still not received a refund. Very poor, avoid if possible!”

“I have just received and email saying I have subscribed to Viz magazine. I have never heard of Dennis publishing. I called them immediately and advised them I have not ordered anything so please cancel. they are now saying I need to call back in a couple of days once the order is on their system. I have contacted my bank also! This is a SCAM!!!I will try calling back in a couple of days to cancel again. How can people get away with this! just helping themselves to my money! the cheeky little sods!”

I have spoken to my bank who found it hilarious (not me). Decided that they are just hopelessly disorganised rather than fraudsters. Why turn down business!!!!!!!”
