“I have shopped with Dental on numerous occasions and have always been happy with the service but on this occasion am not so happy. I am still waiting for my delivery after emailing twice to chase where the delivery is have had no response.”

Hi Susan, We are very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. Our records have been checked and we can see that your order was shipped on the 20th of September via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. This should have reached you by now. As this is not the case, we can only assume that your order has been lost during shipment by Royal Mail. “The nice people at dental direct definiteyl know what excellent customer service looks like. Having ordered some supplies of night-guard cleaning tablets, the delivery went missing off our doorstep. The courier was EVRI (Hermes rebrand, say no more) Next time I saw their courier in our street, he accused me of taking in the parcel and seeking a second for free; "God is watching us all, so I know" he said! This really shocked me. And it is impossible to contact EVRI! So, I just phoned Dental Direct to let them know that they were using such a terrible company to deliver their products (I'm not alone, it's all over social media). To my surprise, a colleague at Dental Direct phoned back and offered to re-send the package. Not only that, as we were going to be away, she amended the delivery to another address where we were staying so we avoided the risk of a repeat experience. The staff at Dental Direct were so nice about this and trusting of me, in stark contrast to the awful experience at the hands of the Evri courier.”

“Always reliable and have plenty of excellent quality Tepe's in stock unlike most retail outlets where I've struggled over the years to obtain the purple tepe unless purchasing from my dentist but they tend to be more expensive. Prompt delivery too. Highly Recommended.”
