My purchase was despatched very promptly but held at Evri for about a fortnight, hence very delayed delivery.

Very slow this time and no explanation from DD. Next time I'll buy from Tesco and pay the extra 5p

Hi Sarah, We are very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. According to our records, your order was shipped on the 17th of August via Royal Mail 2nd Class. You should have received this by now. As this is not the case, we can only assume that your order has unfortunately been lost during delivery. poor service. wanted to clarify details to send the package. took 4 days to do this. then dispatched late and to the wrong address !

I've been buying online from Dental direct and I've never had a problem. But this time I never got the item I bought. After 11 days I've sent them an email and the next day they replied saying that they've sent a replacement. I'm still waiting. Very awkward!

Unfortunately, on occasion, shipments are misplaced by Royal Mail, resulting in delayed or no delivery. It is expected for you to have received your replacement within 10 working days. Very disappointed with this delivery, 2 items were out of stock (no problem there it happens) so ended up with one tube of toothpaste which should have cost under £2, costing over £5 as I was charged for postage because the rest of my order was out of stock! And that would've qualified the order for free delivery.

There was no problem with the products which were basic but I was unhappy with the ridiculous amount of packaging surrounding a few small brushes and brush heads. I now have a box of polystyrene pieces which can't be recycled and I find that depressing. The items weren't in the least bit fragile and could have fitted easily into an envelope. I definitely won't order again from Dentaldirect.

I was messaged to tell me that not all of what I'd ordered was in stock. Then messaged saying my order had been dispatched, few days later messaged again to apologise for the delay but it was now being dispatched. Still took well over a week to arrive

Ordered several items recently, everything was in stock. After a week (!) of processing the order, I received an email saying that apparently one of the items is out of stock and money will be returned. I expected better planning, or at least they could split the order and send remaining items later. Now I have to order again, to pay the delivery again and to wait again for another couple of weeks. No, thanks. I'll find better place.

Hello The products were great. I did pay for 1st class delivery and it didn't arrive for 6 days as wasn't shipped until 4 days after the order. I wasn't happy shout that as normally products arrive quickly.

Items ordered very slow to arrive. Also company have stopped selling value 25 pack tepe brushes in all sizes which has increased prices considerably.

Once dispatched, Royal Mail aims to deliver all 2nd class mail within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately, once your parcel has been passed on to them, delays can occur which are out of our hands.
