Regretted buying this product. The brush is too short. I don’t like the angle of the brush. I would much prefer the brush to be an extension of the handle.

Order was placed but Item was not in stock. However no response was ever received informing that the item was not in stock and the order would be delayed. When the product was dispatched, it was the wrong product. Had to contact Dental Direct for them to send the correct product out. Was informed a returns label would be sent to return the incorrect item but none has ever been sent

I thought I would try a new interdental product Curaprox that was more environmentally friendly despite the cost to set up, brush holder £8 and two different sets of brushes and delivery taking the cost up to £28 I thought it would be a good decision unfortuantely the brushes I decided to try were either too big to fit between my teeth or too small and delicate. I thought as the sizes were similar to my previous TePe brand they would be a good fit however they are of no use and I cannot use them. As a result I have had to return to TePe a brand that I think is good but lacking in any green creditentials. If a selection of sizes were available to begin with I would have been able to make a better choice but the sizes available jumped from small to large with nothing imbetween as a result I am very disappointed.

We are very sorry about your bad experience with our Curaprox interdental range, we will take this into account when creating bundle deals to allow for all sizes to be tried. In the meantime, you could try our bamboo piksters as a greener alternative to Tepe. Although, Tepe is our most loved and popular interdental brush. Annoyed at high cost of p & p on a flat pack of teepees....basically doubled the price of item ordered

Had high hopes but very disappointed in the service. Delivery took over 2 weeks without any notice and then half of the order was missing. Not sure I will use you again.

The item was delivered very quickly within two days which was excellent but unfortunately I find the denture adhesive very poor after a few hours I have to re apply .EA Brown

I have contacted Dentaldirect twice as I had been delivered the wrong item. Still waiting for a reply. Other products were exactly as ordered. Frustrated by the lack of customer service.

I don't think the size of the brushes is very clear. I inadvertently ordered, what I thought was green but turns out a slightly different colour of blue. Will you exchange them for me please?

Hi recently used you for supplies because our local dental hospital where we used to buy from as shut there shop.because of Covid The product you sent me seem of less quality the brushes bend to easy and the Brissel breaking in my teeth don’t know if it was a bad batch as it’s only the orange ones. I was not going to say anything and just buy somewhere else until I got this email of you

Usually good but my last delivery was not dispatched for a week or so until one of your people spotted the error. You also substituted a product with another that I have found lesser quality without comment

I ordered some periodontal brushes on 27th December but haven’t received anything yet. It is now 12th January. I emailed yourselves two days ago to let you know this but haven’t received any reply to this except this satisfaction survey so I am not impressed hence giving you a poor review. I have previously ordered these brushes and had no problem but this time nothing

I have not yet received this package, though it was our for delivery on 12th December. Hopefully this is the Christmas post, but at the moment the rating has to be poor. Last time though the service was very good
