“I'd say this may be a wee bit harsh given that I haven't actually received my (fairly expensive) order as yet. However having placed the order a week ago, and paid for first class postage, I'm not overly happy with the service! To be asked for feedback when I've no products to review and have not yet had a response from the company is a little frustrating. There is still time for the 2 star rating to improve, do I think it will happen?? We'll see.”

“Having read your sales pitch I decided to try the product since it was expected to last for up to 12 hours at a time. I followed the instructions precisely: putting it on to dry dentures, pressing on to the gums and not eating or drinking for at least 15 minutes. In the course of a one course meal (sausage, egg, beans and chips) I had to replace the cream once and that was inspire of leaving all the chips and only eating one sausage. Very sad as I really hoped it would allow me to eat a normal meal for a change. I will go back to my usual cream which is not so expensive.”

“I received what I ordered. However, my order went in on a Thursday and I paid for express delivery as I was going away on the Sunday and needed the product before then. I never received them on time, First class post is next, express should be faster than that.”

“I ORDERED 8 PACTS OF WISDOM LARGE SIZE BRUSHES BUT RECEIVED MEDIUM SIZE.I PHONED IN TO HAVE CORRECT SIZE SENT TO ME BUT RECEIVED ONLY 1 PACK.7 MORE PACTS WERE SENT TO ME .THIS WAS 2 MISTAKES ON ONE ORDER.NOT VERY GOOD .I RETURNED THE ORIGINAL WHEN I MADE FIRST CALL.”

“Having placed my order I expected delivery within a few days. I received a request to rate Dental Direct next, tricky to review as I have still not received my order! Yesterday I got an email from DD telling me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and to expect my delivery some time after 8th November. I have to ask why the rest of my order could not have been sent out to me? It would be most unfortunate if any of the items were urgently required as a wait of three weeks is not acceptable.”

“Order not dispatched-on a Saturday-till 2 days after order placed and was not received till after 5th day.Actual delivery date unknown as had to leave on holiday-without supplies.”

“Some of my Tepe came bent (as In the brush part) I don’t know if that is normal as it’s my first time ordering but the one I got from amazon were not bent. I even order two packs and a handful from each were bent.”
