I'm afraid I am not getting on with the mouth guard. It doesn't seem to fit very snugly. I have tried adjusting it back and forwards, to no avail. I sometimes find it has come out overnight. I am sad about this as I am prone to grinding my teeth with the resultant sore jaw the next day.

I received wrong product. I ordered unwaxed dental floss and received waxed floss instead. I have sent you a message hoping we can fix this as soon as possible. That's why I'm giving you only two stars at this point. Your customer service has been very good and friendly so far. I was a little worried about the package for it took quite a long time to get it, but your customer service helped me finding out where the parcel was going. Many greetings to them and thank you for great service!

The products I ordered were delivered on time as stated. If marking purely on the goods and delivery I would have scored excellent. However, I had tried to order twice with my first order not clearing the pay stage but money was nonetheless collected from my account despite my order not being sent. When I reordered money was again taken from my account. I have emailed asking for a refund but I have heard nothing from Dentaldirect. It is because of this that I have scored poorly

One month to receive!!! Not good Not made Crystal clear from your website..hidden in the small print...but every indication that this order was 'in stock with next day delivery'...not true!!! Neither was it in stock or was it delivered next day... I would not have ordered if the offer was... '3/4 weeks for us to get it in stock and then 5-10 days by 2nd class post due to the 'unreliability of the post office in a pandemic"..excuse that I actually experienced. Everyone understands a supply issue problem but you made no offer to compensate by way of discount or offer of next day by courier delivery service...nothing except insincere and flippant 'apologies for the inconvenience' replies with the option to cancel the order offered.. this was received as very confrontational. After already waiting 3 out of 4 weeks to that point why would I now cancel..surely it can't be much longer can it?? I do regret ordering from your company... A price reduction offer from you or a more speedy courier delivery option once you received it would have restored my faith but after what I experienced..definitely not again. I was made to feel like I was wrong to chase my order after already you had the benefit of receiving my money a whole one month previously!. Promising the order 'asap'...gives NO information ... exactly what date is that??? It is well known that to keep your existing clients is a lot easier than trying to find yourself new ones... I will not be ordering again from you. Please don't send me future offers...they will be ignored

Ordered two items from Dentaldirect web site. One was supplied correct. the other was completely the wrong item. I had to write to them for a return of the difference in money, which they paid. Biotene mouthwash was ordered and they sent toothpaste instead.

Said it could be used to put a veneer on but it absolutely couldn't. Would work for a filling though.

Could not access your site with my iPad. It was not compatible. I used a friends android system to place the order. Ater that the transaction went very well and I was impressed by the service.

The product did not do the job. The tooth-fil would not set and simply fell out of the cavity, in spite of my attempts to follow the instructions precisely.

I`m sure I ordered the black interdental brushes but received orange ones which are too small, weak and feeble. I do not have a copy of my order but was told that the black ones are currently not available so assume orange was substituted.

I ordered two different sizes of interdental brushes. When they finally turned up they were good but they took nearly a week to reach me. Like many people in lockdown I have been doing a lot of online shopping so I am in a better position to compare delivery service. This was undoubtedly the slowest!

Sorry but your product didnt work for me. I followed the instructions on what to do, mended my broken tooth, didnt have anything to drink or eat for over two hours. Later that same day the filling fell out. I dont like writing negative reviews but I feel that you need to know.
