Clear website and efficient delivery. Only 2 stars because of poor communication: no confirmation of order was sent nor any information about when the items would be dispatched or delivered.

Dentaldirect promptly sent my order without problem but I shall probably not order again as the company, Tepe, do not sell brushes and brush holders any more. Another case of shrinkflation to maintain profits. With brush stems only millimetres long, without a handle, and cosequently fingers down my own throat how do I find the space to brush properly? It would appear that holders are not sold any more. Would you buy a car if it arrived without doors?

Ordered 4 tubes of "Tooth Mousse"; after a quite a delay, told that one flavour wasn't available, and did I want to change order? Changed to an alternative flavour; but only 2 tubes actually delivered

The two packets of bamboo interdental brushes I ordered are not as good as the Dent-o-care metal ones I ordered before. (You didn't have the Dent-o-care ones.) One packet is the wrong size but when I phoned you couldn't tell me ahead exactly what size they were so I knew I was taking a chance and the packet that IS the right size doesn't last as well as the metal ones. I won't be ordering them again. My reason for ordering them was to avoid using plastic.

I have not used this product as it wasn’t what I anticipated. I have two bottles not required. I wanted a product I used daily or say twice a week and not for any length of time.

However the Adhesive was applied it did not last anywhere near the time stated. If it did seep from the denture it would go rock hard & literally scraped off with something really hard. Even the smallest seeped amount made the made the denture uncomfortable. For the cost of the product & expensive postage it has been a total waste of money in my opinion!

Poor because I had to enquire as to where my order was by phone call and e mail. the Customer service was excellent but I gave poor due to the lengthy wait.

Terrible service. Last two times I have had to call to either speed up the order after two weeks or to cancel a purchase which was processed anyways. Also, I can find exactly the same product in Amazon, faster and without any issues.

We have made improvements on contacting customers when items are going to be delayed or unavailable but it does appear that we have not gone far enough as yet, so please do accept my apologies for letting you down. I order directly from you're company as you offerred 1st class royal mail.. I paid 3 x the price offerred on amazon as they couldn't get the product to me before 3 day's.. 4 day's after I placed my order and chased it.. It arrived.. Dreadful service.. I had ordered the item before 11am.. I'm really disappointed with the company and wouldn't recommend you to anyone

We do entrust that when your orders are handed to Royal Mail, that they conduct these deliveries as they should be occasionally (especially at the moment) they don't deliver as expected. I was on holiday when I ordered some products from you as I knew I would need them as soon as I returned home. For this reason and the fact that I didn't believe that they would fit through my letterbox, I asked my next door neighbour if I could have them delivered to her address. There was the facility to do this on the online ordering system, so I requested they be sent to no. 16; I live at no. 14. My neighbour told me they hadn't arrived, once we'd allowed enough time for delivery, so I was disappointed. However, when I returned home they had been delivered through my own letterbox. The reason I'm still disappointed is because I specifically requested an alternative delivery address and had they not fitted through my letterbox, I would have had to have gone to the sorting office to pick them up. As it turned out, I got my products so was happy about that, but why offer the facility to have items delivered to an alternative address if you are unable to fulfil it?

The high price increase on the oranurse toothpaste is absolutely ridiculous. I may as well buy from amazon. My son has special needs and will only use this . I believe due to the high demand this is a way of making extra profit .

I STILL haven’t received my item, and I won’t be at the receiving address (hospital) after tomorrow. Never expected it to take two weeks to come.
