“Efficient ordering system, competitive pricing, product in stock, speedy delivery. I'm not sure I could want for anything else. If I was asked to be really picky, I would say that the P&P was a little on the high side for such a light parcel”

“I've used the site twice so far to order vitis orthodontic products as my daughter has braces on her teeth. The prices were a lot cheaper than at the orthodontist and also got a discount for buying the mouthwash in bulk. Delivery was fast with the parcel being received the next day. So far extremely impressed with the service.”

“There was a week's delay in fulfilling my order with no contact to explain. When I contacted Dental Direct an explanation of goods being out of stock was given, an alternative immediately suggested and upgraded immediate dispatch. In the end all was very good, it was just a pity that no warning about delay was flagged up”
