“Always find service very prompt. However, in this instance EVRI let them down. I received notification from EVRI that they were expecting a package but that was it 10 days later I followed up with Sales at Dentist Direct and they immediately arranged to send the order again. Amazingly the next day the original package turned up! The replacement package arrived 2 days later. I was able to return the replacement package free of charge. Thank you to Laura for dealing with the problem promptly and checking that everything had been resolved. These days it's unusual to have the phone answered and an issue dealt with efficiently but Dental Direct have provided a 5 star service.”

“Toothbrushes arrived promptly and there's a choice of colours too, as I ordered a few. I was first given a Tepe toothbrush when I was in hospital, as I didn't know they made them before that. So pleased to see these as they are so much softer than your average toothbrush, so kinder to your teeth and gums.”
