“Website is easy to find and to use. The delivery time was extended because of the Coronavirus crisis but the only problem was that I could not track the delivery. The only information said that the order had been completed which it wasn’t until I had received the goods that I had ordered.”

“Website was faulty, when making payment and when called the following morning to place an order over the phone. I was told the computer system was not working properly and instead of waiting you would call back later. That return phone never came and instead I managed to place an order the following evening after your website was fixed.”

“I`m sure I ordered the black interdental brushes but received orange ones which are too small, weak and feeble. I do not have a copy of my order but was told that the black ones are currently not available so assume orange was substituted.”

“My order arrived within the time frame. Order was correct. No problems. It was a great help to be able to order these brushes online during Coved 19 lockdown as it's particularly vital to keep teeth healthy when my dentist is unavailable. I would be happy to use Dentaldirect again.”

“By mistake I received my order from Dentaldirect twice . I found this was resolved quickly and efficiently and it didn’t take 1hr for your customer service to answer the phone .
