“I've been buying online from Dental direct and I've never had a problem. But this time I never got the item I bought. After 11 days I've sent them an email and the next day they replied saying that they've sent a replacement. I'm still waiting. Very awkward!”

Hi Orlando, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry about this and we thank you for your loyalty. Unfortunately, on occasion, shipments are misplaced by Royal Mail, resulting in delayed or no delivery. It is expected for you to have received your replacement within 10 working days. As this is not the case for the second time now, we will need to escalate this case with Royal Mail. Hi Mirela, We are very sorry about this! According to our records, your order was shipped on the 10th of July via Royal Mail 2nd Class. As you have not yet received this, we can only assume that your order has been lost by Royal Mail during its delivery.
