“I bought Gengigel mouth wash and after suffering for 4 years from persistent recurrent mouth ulcers which were investigated and no cause nor treatment found I thought after using several treatments I was going to have to accept constant pain! But after using Gengigel for last 2 weeks they are gone! I will continue to use it twice a day and I am amazed”

“Received my order well packaged and in time. Pleased with the product as the wide handle allows for easier manoeuvring over my daughter’s teeth. She’s not an avid fan of brushing time just yet, but this toothbrush certainly makes the job easier!”

“Dental direct had stocks of a product that was out of stock everywhere else and at a reasonable price. The delivery time was a bit slow but forgivable under the circumstances however I never got an acknowledgement of my order or an approximate delivery date and so until I actually received the goods I was a little uncertain of the company. Better communication would certainly improve relations with customers.”

“My second order of the Bioxtra Ultra Mild Mouth Rinse. The only thing that could be improved upon is the product packaging. It is unnecessary for a measuring cup on each and every bottle! Save on plastic wastage. Probably a manufacturer issue rather than the supplier. Fast dispatch. Will be reordering in the future. Happy to recommend”
