“Absolute shambles. Ignore the customer's choice of delivery method and then abuse the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations by requesting an opinion. Person at the call / help centre was told the same thing 5 times, and was still incapable of understanding”

“Happy with my purchase, but received no email confirmation of my order or any information about the order until it arrived, also I feel the postage charges are high”
