“My delivery did not contain the goods that I ordered. I informed them of this in an email, received a very prompt reply and apology, and then just a few days later another package arrived containing the replacement order. That quick acknowledgement and follow-up action I consider to be very impressive and indicative of a first rate company that puts customer service first. Thank you!”

“I am a returning customer. I buy Tepe Interdental brushes and now I've added heads for my electric toothbrush. The prices are always competitive and the service is very good. To be honest it is so easy to deal with Dental Direct that I wouldn't even consider shopping around for these essentials.”
