“Still waiting for my order which was made on the 11 April according to my credit card statement. No order confirmation email either, if the goods I ordered don’t arrive soon then I’ll be asking my credit card company for my money back. Very poor ordering process all round really.”

“NO acknowledgement of order and NO notification of despatch, so poor customer facing service. Not accepting PayPal was also a nuisance. But a fair price for the goods and they arrived speedily, so all good in the end.”
