“I ordered some periodontal brushes on 27th December but haven’t received anything yet. It is now 12th January. I emailed yourselves two days ago to let you know this but haven’t received any reply to this except this satisfaction survey so I am not impressed hence giving you a poor review. I have previously ordered these brushes and had no problem but this time nothing”

“I've used DD a couple of times as the prices are competitive and orders have been dispatched promply and accurately. On this occasion was was a slight delay over the Christmas and New Year period but this is perfectly understandable and the email exchange I had on the subject was most reassuring.
