“Phone call to customer support was answered promptly and the most helpful lady gave me the additional information required about a specific product so that I could then place my complete order. Appreciate the separate emails of order confirmation, a clear itemised invoice and notification of shipment. The order arrived within just a few days in perfect condition with a receipt enclosed.
