“No issues with the speed or accuracy of the order; the product unfortunately didn't work. I tried twice to stick my false tooth's metal flange back onto the etched surface of the next tooth; twice it came off within ten minutes or so. Worried about swallowing it in the night, so will wait for dentist... but little containers ideal for geocaching. Thanks.”

“The service was excellent, unfortunately the product did not work to fix in my bridge. I think because of the bridge itself which has metal attaching it to the adjacent front tooth which is also at a difficult angle. Therefor was happy with your service. The product was good but not suitable for my problem. No ones fault. Hope our dentists get back working soon. Makes you appreciate their skills!”

“Great products, good prices!! However, unfortunately my order needed to be sent by GLS since I live in Austria and they are a complete disaster so I will not be ordering from dental direct again. I will recommend themto my family living in England where only the Royal Mail is needed for delivery.”

“I AM VERY PLEASED WITH DENTAL DIRECT BUT I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS INITIALLY, RANG THE OFFICE AND THE CORRECT ITEMS WERE DESPATCHED AND RECEIVED A FEW DAYS LATER. ONLY PROBLEM WAS RETURNING THE WRONG ITEMS TO DENTAL DIRECT WHICH NEEDED ME TO VISIT THE NEAREST POST OFFICE, 5 MILES AWAY.”

“I recently purchased a retainer cleaner from dentaldirect. The package came quite swiftly but I had to use the tablets 3 or 4 times to remove the plaque. Is this the procedure? Not sure. But mostly satisfied with the results.”
