“The website is easy to navigate. Managed to find the items I needed although I don't know why an interdental replacement head for an oral B toothbrush is not listed under "replacement brushes". Ordered them and they arrived promptly. Postage and packing charge is rather high for a single very small item, so I bought more to justify it.”

“No problems with the overall process of ordering and delivery. The web site is easy to use. It would have been 5* but there are two batches of Tepe brushes (Green and Purple) that have failed as the wire is not cemented into the handle sufficiently well and the brush comes loose. This has happened since the handles were changed to a less saturated colour”
