“We would usually buy interdental brushes from the dentist but like most people you can't just go in and purchase them at present. Direct Dental has a great choice and at great prices and delivery was quick too.”

“Terrible service. Last two times I have had to call to either speed up the order after two weeks or to cancel a purchase which was processed anyways. Also, I can find exactly the same product in Amazon, faster and without any issues.”

We have made improvements on contacting customers when items are going to be delayed or unavailable but it does appear that we have not gone far enough as yet, so please do accept my apologies for letting you down. “I order directly from you're company as you offerred 1st class royal mail.. I paid 3 x the price offerred on amazon as they couldn't get the product to me before 3 day's.. 4 day's after I placed my order and chased it.. It arrived.. Dreadful service.. I had ordered the item before 11am.. I'm really disappointed with the company and wouldn't recommend you to anyone”

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to review our products, or in this case service. We do entrust that when your orders are handed to Royal Mail, that they conduct these deliveries as they should be occasionally (especially at the moment) they don't deliver as expected. “I began ordering my dental supplies from dental Direct when the coronavirus lockdown was first imposed. A neighbour recommended them and this persons faith in their ability to provide a fast and efficient service was certainly not misplaced. I have had occasion to order from them several times in recent months and the products ordered arrived most promptly. If asked, I would not hesitate to give a favourable recommendation on their behalf.”
