“I was pleased to receive 3 Sensodyne toothbrushes which I ordered. I thought that the bristles might have been a little softer, as my gums seem to be quite tender and I take blood thinners. Do you have various grades, like hard, medium and soft? Another question. What does the 3.5 refer to? I look forward to your reply, thanks. Peter Carrick.”
