“The website is well constructed and easy to navigate - the 'repeat order' facility is particularly useful. Follow-up communication is good. An order confirmation followed by dispatch confirmation gives confidence that the order is being processed efficiently.”

“I placed an order on 30/06/2021 and I am still waiting for the items.I had to contact Dental Direct on several occasions by both email and telephone to chase the order up. I was told that royal mail 2nd class can take up to 10 days, although the site states 3-5 working days.”

Our website is reflective of the delivery information provided by Royal Mail for their services. Unfortunately, once orders have left our warehouse they are in the hands of Royal Mail and we no longer have control over the shipping times. I have taken a look at our records and seen that your order was shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class on 01/07/2021. You should have received your order by now.
