“Perhaps a better communication would help here I placed an order but didn’t have any acknowledgement either of the order or dispatch but the goods arrived within a very few days and the prices were very competitive”

“Placed an order for curoprox tooth paste and TePe brushes. After 10 days I rang. Apparently no Curoprox in stock. If there had been communication then this review would have been 5* I do appreciate that with the current global situation that everything is out of kilter. I cancelled the toothpaste and got some extra TePes. Will re order when time comes.”

“Easy website to navigate, good selection of products and competitive prices. The only thing that lets Dental Direct down ever so slightly was the delivery. This order was placed just as the pandemic lockdown was lifting, and we were given a date, around a week away, which we were happy to accept due to the current circumstances. However, the parcel did not arrive till 2 days after this. It was delivered by post, so possibly down to Royal Mail, however, when ordering anything online/mail order and staying in to wait for a delivery that doesn't turn up, it makes life very difficult - and is the reason that I normally tend to try and shop in a bricks and mortar shop wherever possible. Overall, if you are not in a hurry for your goods, Dental Direct are a company worth considering .”

“I was pleased with the speedy delivery, but I thought I ordered Cupraprox 14Z orange - straight bottle brushes, but 14 orange - pointed brushes arrived. I can still use those ( and if it was my mistake, I apologise) Regards John Walker”

“Products arrived on time, I have long used TePe interdental brushes good product or oral hygiene. Although I also use dental floss, I found that the said brush provides much, much better results.”

“Received my order well packaged and in time. Pleased with the product as the wide handle allows for easier manoeuvring over my daughter’s teeth. She’s not an avid fan of brushing time just yet, but this toothbrush certainly makes the job easier!”

“Dental direct had stocks of a product that was out of stock everywhere else and at a reasonable price. The delivery time was a bit slow but forgivable under the circumstances however I never got an acknowledgement of my order or an approximate delivery date and so until I actually received the goods I was a little uncertain of the company. Better communication would certainly improve relations with customers.”
