“I have not yet received this package, though it was our for delivery on 12th December. Hopefully this is the Christmas post, but at the moment the rating has to be poor. Last time though the service was very good”

“Placed the order before 2pm, paid for express delivery. Was told by email it would be delivered by Royal Mail, arrived via UPS six days later. I could've walked to collect the order and got back before the so called express delivery arrived. It's back to eBay for me.”
