“The website is clear and straightforward to use, the products are good value, and delivery was prompt. I was able to order all the articles I wanted.....dental tape, toothpaste and toothbrush at a lower price than in the shops or at the dental surgery.”

“Very disappointing service. My parcel came ripped with apologies from Royal mail, delivered as they recieved. A full set of tepes brushes unusable as they were out inside my letter box a few days before the rest of my order came. I rang your company and the lady didn't know how to help me. I will never order again.”

“I usually get my tepe brushes from the dentist. Obviously the pandemic, has put paid to that. I tried to purchase them from Sainsbury’s and then Boots, but neither of them had a comprehensive selection and a lot of the ones they had, weren’t tepe and didn’t correspond very well. I looked on line and Dental Direct had the full range at a reasonable price, less than the dentist. I did have a problem checking out, the site kept rejecting my payment, so I gave up. The next morning i had an email from them apologising for the inconvenience and offering 10% discount. Good service.”
