“Good service from Dentaldirect. Only one small issue I did not receive a confirmation email for my order. However I spoke to a very helpful person on the phone who reassured me that my order had been received and that my items had been dispatched. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordering with Dental Direct is very easy. Buying in bulk means you could potentially save a lot compared with purchasing from a supermarket or high street retailer. Dental Direct despatch orders very quickly and usually arrive within a few days from the initial order.”

“Have bought from DD before, as they can usually supply products that can be hard to get on the high street and in supermarkets. Good products, prices, and service. Seems to take a while for orders to get processed and despatched compared to other online businesses I use, but not had a problem.”

“Order arrived in reasonable time. One product carton arrived slightly crushed but actual contents not affected - cannot say whether this is due to carrier error or Dentaldirect (either inadequate protection or sent already damaged). Otherwise would have been excellent rating.”
