“Good choice of products. Prompt response to orders and delivery time. Good communication. I have used this company for several years. My husband says the dry mouth product makes a real difference during the night and he's not waking up as much as before.”

“My order was dispatched promptly and although part of it was missing originally, I was really impressed by the speed at which the mistake was rectified without question and apologies made. Perhaps awarding 5 Stars might be seen as being over-generous in the circumstances but who hasn't slipped up in the past? Additionally, I have used this company for some time and have always been pleased with their service.”

“Excellent service from Dental Direct. Only trouble is the company, EVRI that used to be Hermes, they use for 48 hr delivery service is still pretty useless. They took five days to deliver. Would still use Dental Direct but use Royal Mail for delivery next time.”
