“I received wrong product. I ordered unwaxed dental floss and received waxed floss instead. I have sent you a message hoping we can fix this as soon as possible. That's why I'm giving you only two stars at this point. Your customer service has been very good and friendly so far. I was a little worried about the package for it took quite a long time to get it, but your customer service helped me finding out where the parcel was going. Many greetings to them and thank you for great service!”

“The products I ordered were delivered on time as stated. If marking purely on the goods and delivery I would have scored excellent. However, I had tried to order twice with my first order not clearing the pay stage but money was nonetheless collected from my account despite my order not being sent. When I reordered money was again taken from my account. I have emailed asking for a refund but I have heard nothing from Dentaldirect. It is because of this that I have scored poorly”

“Although the service from Dental Direst was fine I did not like the product which was totally ineffective . It was Ekulf interdental brushes. The brushes are not rigid and were too small despite being the usual colour I normally use.”
