“Good service (price, dispatch etc.) but just wish they'd not use Hermes for delivery. They are the worst courier company by far. I never knowingly order products from companies that use Hermes”

“Staff are pleasant and polite. Dentists are apparently efficient and expert. Waiting times could be better but not unexpected in a dentists. Appointment system and reminders are very efficient.”

“Items I ordered were out of stock - it would have been helpful if this had been mentioned on the website. I was, however, emailed to say there would be a delay with delivery. Delivery was prompt when items were back in stock.”

“The only downside was the time taken to deliver the order. Ordered on Sunday, however the order was not delivered until Saturday. All good apart from that and would place further orders with them as their prices are very competitive.”

“I am very happy with the order process and delivery. The cost was very good, too My only, very slight critism, is with the description of the mouthwash. I purchased my first bottle at my dentist and was not aware there were two different versions, intense and advance, so I made an educated guess. Overall very happy with my purchase.”
