“ I returned an item within the time limit and to the correct address, this was then returned to me. Customer services are useless, despite numerous emails I cannot find out why the item was returned to me or how I can get it to them for a refund, clearly staffed by robots who are now not answering my emails. I now have an expensive item which is not suitable. Don’t take the risk of buying from them . They don’t deserve any stars . ”
