I followed their returns process and checked everything had been done correctly at the Post Office - deporvillage have refused it at their warehouse and I've had it returned - no explanation given and I can't get any answers. AVOID

Terrible customer service! Have been trying to return a order for over two weeks now and keep getting sent in circles. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, it's not worth the hassle. Companies that operate like this shouldn't be aloud to sell products across the globe as they simply cannot assist with any returns.

I then followed the returns process as instructed on their website and returned the item via my local UK post office to deporvillage (which FYI, is in Spain and did cost a small fortune for tracking services etc.

According to German law, the shop is responsible for the safety of returns.

net has a problem with returns, and this despite the fact that the warehouse and office are located in Europe, in Spain, and not somewhere overseas.

Be aware they dont accept returns, they violate eu return policy laws. Bought two times by them. Got all products ordered an no fake items. But the second time i wanted to return the items because i didnt need them anymore. When the package was delivered to them they didnt accepted it and the parcel returned after 4 weeks. I payed shipping to them for nothing and still have the articles i dont want, lost over 170 €.
