net has a problem with returns, and this despite the fact that the warehouse and office are located in Europe, in Spain, and not somewhere overseas.

Be aware they dont accept returns, they violate eu return policy laws. Bought two times by them. Got all products ordered an no fake items. But the second time i wanted to return the items because i didnt need them anymore. When the package was delivered to them they didnt accepted it and the parcel returned after 4 weeks. I payed shipping to them for nothing and still have the articles i dont want, lost over 170 €.

I returned the item by following all of the returns steps exactly as it is on their website and I paid for the postage to return it.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH deporvillage! deporvillage refuses to return money in case of returns. This is an incredible abusive practice where deporvillage profits not from selling goods but to bet customer will return the items !!! It is a double punishment! Run away !! Don't make that mistake that I made !! DON'T BUY WITH THAT COMPANY.

Urgent Warning. This "online trade" systematically steals money by not replacing returns. Questions are brushed aside with stand phrases. Since the company is based in Spain, it is increasingly advertising in foreign markets, as legal prosecution by foreign buyers is unlikely. Absolutely avoid - the money is gone!

Prices are fine, but shipping & return policy are extremely outdated. A €150 product in this day and age should have free postage, or at least something cheaper than €13. I was then charged €25 to return the item. Yes, I can arrange my own way of doing so but other sites like BikeInn, Bike Components, Wiggle, etc offer free returns easily arranged. Just a stoneage buying experience.
