“I made an order on Sunday 3rd nov , when I tracked the order a couple of day later it said awaiting stock , I did think that I should have been told this before I paid. I phoned up on thurs 7th nov at approximately 17.00hrs and I was offered an alternative & I received the boots fri morning at 8am .”

“The shoes are lovely - they were right about ordering a size below what you normally are if you're female. Really comfy and I got mine with scotchguard too. I found a voucher for free delivery so it's worth looking for one online but it did mean they took 5 days to be delivered rather than the normal 2.”

“Following a mistake made by the royal mail regarding the postage of my items ordered from this site the customer service team at Desert Boots were very helpful and quick to respond to and rectify the problem. I have ordered from the website before and have always recieved good customer service, fast delivery and great products. I will definitely be shopping here again.”

“You will find this very hard to believ but I purchased the boots four months ago and have not even worn them yet. Living in Spain I wear sandals for all the summer. However I am sure they will be great from November.”

“Good quality at an affordable price. And very comfortable. I was extremely pleased with the purchase. I am on the wrong side of 60, but - according to my wife - these deserts boots have made me look a bit more "trendy" without looking ridiculous.”
