“Charles is very knowledgeable but his self promoting and arrogant positioning in the "team" situations is very off putting. The lighting company is not the center for all other professionals to work through that he would even suggests that diagram even joking hints to why he discussion on "teams " has to happen. I am sure he is one of those "team" members that others hate to see coming....”
