Once payment cleared, the timeline jumped to 4 weeks because I was then advised it is made-to-order. Despite updating my delivery address and receiving confirmation, it was still shipped to the wrong house a month later.”
“Service was somewhat disappointing and could be constructively improved in the following areas: Order placed took 2 weeks to be despatched and delivered from the time of order. There is also a 20% re-stocking fee for returns where many competitors/alternative suppliers offer free returns. Whilst the re-stocking fee is advertised in the Returns Policy, it is off-putting to the consumer and is a negative POD (Point Of Difference) from competitive retailers/stockists of the same product(s). It increases buyer resistance and unfortunately is a determining factor in whether we will purchase from The Designer Bathware again as a residential builder. We trust this is received constructively and might better aid your business.”
