“I had Caitlin and she did a great job. I got a full set of acrylic nails with designs and she kept checking if I liked the length or design and if anything needed to be fixed. She was super sweet. I also came in early for my appointment to check in and she immediately was able to do my nails. The whole experience was less than an hour which was great because I was in a time crunch. The cost was about $97 plus tip so a bit more expensive than I though but it was worth it.”
“I went to the nail salon about a month ago to get a pedicure and designs on my nails everything was fine. So update today 9/1/23. I went to get a fill in and the nail tech had cut my nails to short, they were crooked and some nails were longer than the others. So I informed the nail technician and he was trying to fix the issue but he was making everything worse. So, I informed him that I need someone else to shape my nails and fix what he messed up. So he call the manger, Hai, and I was explaining to him that my nails are crooked and that I was not pleased and I just wanted someone to fix the issue. He informed me that it was my fault that my nails were crooked. I informed him that it is not my fault and I just want to get it fix so I can go on about my day. He looked at my nails and stated he had seen that they were crooked but he was only willing to fix the nail that the ONE nail technician put on and he will file the rest. I informed him that I want all my nails shaped correctly and fixed, but he kept blaming me for his nail technician messing up my nail and also the nail technician filed my nail down so much that it was hurting and the nail that he cut short he filed that one down so much that it was missing the side. I would never go back to this nail shop because the manager didn't want to fix the issue he want to blame me, a paying customer, that it was my fault that my nails are crooked and he has a nasty attitude. His name is Hai and then he charged me $30.00 for what they didn't complete on my nails. I had to go to another salon and pay an additional $65.00 to have them correct the mess of the job they did on my nails. This nail salon recently opened up and it's just terrible. This experience was very horrible and I will be reaching to WAVY 10 on your side to get this nail salon investigated. I should have never received this type of treatment and should have never been charged. HAI needs to learn how to be a manger and when a customer tell you that she is not satisfied with the service don't blame her but fix the issue. I will never go there again. If you want to get good customer service and beautiful nails this is not the place. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, CHARGED ME FOR NAILS THAT WASN'T COMPLETED, CROOKED, PAIN FROM NAIL BEING FILED DOWN TOO MUCH, AND BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR NAIL TECHNICIAN NOT BEEN SKILLED ENOUGH TO COMPLETE A FILL IN.”
“Had a great experience for my first time at Devinn nail bar. The prices are good and a friendly atmosphere. They were very busy. I was a walk in took me in about 15 minutes.Zola was my nail girl very nice will be going back.”
