“I paid for a resume build along with a 'pimping' of my LinkedIn account.
The resume came within two days of sending in my information. Text boxes overlapped, information was hidden/buried, and the overall feel of the resume felt rushed.
Despite sending it back immediately with suggestions, comments, and questions, it was a month before I heard from them again about my resume. They did send numerous emails asking for more money for additional services.
I begged and pleaded to get information on how they were going to develop my LinkedIn account, and I NEVER got a reply to that question. I asked on 5 different occasions for help with that, and the best that I received from them was an offer to take 15% off the price of my NEXT order with them.
After spending over $250 CND, I received an initial draft of my resume, and.......that's it. I never got any responses to my questions nor one finger lifted to develop my LinkedIn account. In all, it was a complete waste of money.
Avoid this travesty of a company like the plague.”
