“Excellent service from Dexam and they gave me experienced advice prior to ordering. The Forest and Forge knives are things of beauty and superb quality - they deserve to be world famous. The wooden handles have a great tactile feel which makes the knives better to handle than any plastic. The Spalted Beech-handled Bread knife and the Bog Oak-handled Cook's knife are particularly beautiful and make me smile whenever I use them! I also bought a Chasseur casserole and several other items, which are all very good. Some of my items were special order and Dexam kept me informed on progress. Delivery was prompt and at the day/time predicted. This is where I'll be shopping for future cookware needs.”

“Sent Dexam an email about my sister's birthday pressie ( biscuit cutters) got immediate email back with answer to my question, really friendly! Ordered a unique box of cutters for favourite bisuits like Bourbons, plus a press to mark the tops with authentic writing. All packed in a smart box. On the website are the authentic recipes! Such a special gift. All for a superb price. Arrived in two days! Not bad for Covid times!! A huge thank you as my cook sister was absolutely thrilled !! Thank you , Juliette”

“I bought a Chef’s Choice knife sharpener. Somehow they are all sold out across Europe, so I ordered with Dexam from UK to deliver to the Netherlands. Delivery is fast and well packaged. Liked the recycleable packaging chips. The thank you note was a nice personal touch.”

She was a so friendly and personable and when I had a little issue with the delivery and needed the product a little sooner she pulled out all the stops to help me.
